Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the order has been dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at toibyketia@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
