Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Domestic (New Zealand) Standard shipping within New Zealand takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Pre-orders Pre-order items will be dispatched once they become available. Estimated dispatch dates are listed on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be shipped together once all items are available.

Tracking We use standard untracked postage, so tracking information is not available for orders. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at toibyketia@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.
